Jul 03,2023I ordered my product on 11th June - 4-6 days delivery time noted on website. I thought I was ordering from a company based in Ireland as it has a .ie web address, but it is based in a seemingly very cantankerous part of Germany. It still hasn't arrived. The tracking details clearly state that it cannot be delivered and that An Post has tried to return the package to sender. Contacted customer services twice who were rude and unhelpful. I have requested a refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have opened a dispute. The dispute is now escalated. I wish ParfumDreams had never come up on my google search.

Jun 30,2023Never received my package. I ordered my package on the second of June. The track and trace is saying I should have received my package on the 9th of June but I have never received anything. Went to customer service but they are extremely unhelpful. They kept on emailing me in Dutch even though I ordered to Ireland from Ireland and wrote my emails in English. Needed to fill in some kind of form and they haven’t informed me about the process at all. Am I going to get my money back??? I see a lot more reviews of people who never received their packages. It’s now the 30th of june and still no resolution has been offered. Never ordering here again.

Jun 24,2023Second purchase with parfumdreams. Received a faulty item with no security seal. Emailed customer service twice before getting an answer. Wanted me to send a picture of the package (which was already in the bin) and a picture of the faulty item (which I had already sent). I don't know... I'd use them again if no choice, or if I feel lucky... Probably not.

They say they are checking, that they are going to open an investigation and nothing is done. Big disrespect to the customer. My first and last time I make a purchase on this site.
