Then I was told they were giving my money back on the 11th march and never came into my account contacted again and nothing! Do NOT use this company! If I could give a zero I would!

Hmm, now I’m wondering if my perfume is a fake.🤔

Feb 17,2023I ordered my perfume on the 7th of February for Valentine's Day. I was told that it would be dispatched within two days. I received it today. Pathetic. I requested a refund and wish to return the product. I was ignored.

Feb 14,2023Received my product…..the sealed package looked suspiciously resealed and the bottle on the inside was quite grubby. Was offered a discount code that I never received and can only be used on full priced items- which is pretty useless considering most items are discounted and there are codes widely available anyway. I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.

Feb 02,2023Half an hour after I placed my order I sent a cancellation email as per instructions on my order confirmation. It states how simple and easy it is to cancel your order. Three emails, one phone call and 3 days later, no response by email and a very unsatisfactory call to customer service. Suffice to say that Parfumdreams customer service is a token, not a real service
