May 02,2022I have been buying products from Parfumdreams now for a few years and never had any problem. Their prices are very competitive. The order is always delivered swiftly and if a product is not available the money is refunded quickly. The only thing that is not so positive in recent times is that the number of free samples has reduced from three to one in my last two orders. In other times I have looked forward to receiving these free samples as it encourages me to try out new products.

Jan 09,2022Terrible customer service. I had ordered several products for Christmas presents and one did not arrive. I emailed them promptly with all the information. They didn't respond until 10 days later requesting that I send them a photograph of the actual box the products came in. After 10 days I had of course thrown the box out but I had given all the information as per their terms and agreement. They responded that they would not do anything until I sent them a photograph of the box shipped (ridiculous as they had all the information needed re the order). If they had this on their terms and conditions or if their customer had bothered to respond earlier that 10 days after my email, this may have been possible (although it is an unreasonable request which I have never heard of before from any company and given they had all the order information they needed). As a result, I have now paid them for a product I never received and they will not refund me. I will never ever use Parfum dreams again. Advance warning to all considering using them.

I ordered around 240 eur worth of parfume,then,when I understood the delivery would take ages,I requested my money back. No reply via email,no call back,which I repeatedly requested by calling them... it is a SCAM! Steer clear of this website! I'm giving it a serious thought of filing a lawsuit. And,hey.. The company is german,not Irish...scumbags..

Dec 18,2021Parfumedreams are not a dream but nightmare, typical Irish approach, pay and stay silent, just never ask for any service, and be happy if you ever get your item delivered!!!! Another Irish company which ignores client, has absolutely not existing PR ,worse system of communication after purchase, and ... Im am very surprised they don't send the buyer to the hell right in confirmation email.... never will buy with them again ,all companies are experiencing high volumes in front of Christmas ,those WITH brain do hire more people to deal with it ,this one could be called BUSINESS people ,those without brain think that make one purchase grab of money on person which will never comeback is business those are called CSAMMERS and OPORTUNISTS !!!!! this company is the second case. Please pack up your so called business and go on welfare .

Dec 17,2021Ordered perfume and aftershave end of November 21 Money came out of account and no communication after couldnt reach them on phone or email. Lucky I paid through paypal and got my money back but I wanted these as a gift and now its too late. If you cant deal with the business dont be in the business
