Nov 24,2021I put an order in on the 11 of November, I have not received the perfume. I called to enquire about my product, the girl was nice but told me product is out of stock. How can you sell a product that is out of stock and take the money, and then not know when if will be back in? The gift is for Christmas, I've been advised to wait until end of week to see if perfume comes back in, if not cancel order and request a refund, I was told this could also take a week. I have sent numerous emails no response. At this point I am concerned will I receive product or money.
