After contacting customer service, which takes very long to respond, only unhelpful and generic responses were given, blaming the delivery company. Although it was very clear and visible, that the package was packed incorrectly at the warehouse before sending.

Sep 23,2024Unfortunately I have been waiting exactly 3 weeks today to receive a return label from this company for sending me a faulty product which leaked. The customer service is really awful and I’ve had maybe 2-3 pointless and unhelpful replies in 3 weeks - I’ve sent them all the images they wanted, explained everything and they are doing nothing. So unfair to drag this out for this long when it could be sorted in 5 minutes. I won’t be using Parfumdreams Ireland again. Thankfully my bank has stepped in to receive the refund. I wouldn’t recommend.

Sep 20,2024I placed an order last week, after taking the payment, they then, cancelled my order and returned the payment. The reason that they gave was system error. Don’t waste your time with this company, plenty of value out there. Very poor service. Wasted my time. Won’t be using them again.
