May 23,2023I love parks candles however I was disappointed that I did not receive the items I ordered. I was told by customer services there had been system issues and that the items weren’t actually available therefore I had been sent substitutes but I would have preferred to be alerted to this and given an option whether to receive the substitute items or not. Then I was offered store credit instead of a full refund (I am still waiting to hear if I will be offered a refund instead). Quality of candles is great but this time the service has been disappointing.

May 11,2023ordered 3 candles and received 2. Most expensive not included with the order. Immediately after delivery I contacted the company to let them know and got through to a call centre and was informed that they would pass on my details and I would receive a call back with in 24 hrs. 24 hrs later I contacted the call centre again. They can’t give me any information or anyone else I can call. There is no other way to contact the company to ask for the item to be sent or a reimbursement. Extremely frustrating and nothing I have experienced with any other company. Needless to say I will not be purchasing for this company again
