I just loooove Parks candles. Delivery was very quick. Customer services responded almost immediately to my query and resolved it smoothly and efficiently. Candles ... ahhh where do I start? Even without burning one the whole room smells divine. I opted for a variety of candles and each one delivers an amazing experience. I use small candles from the black magic discovery set for bath time in my tiny bathroom and it enhances experience and relaxation.

Great service. Parks Candles has always been my favourite for years. Top notch quality and fragrance. I haven’t lit my candles yet but you can smell them as if they were lit. It’s worth every penny and the discount was an added bonus. Extremely Satisfied will definitely be buying more in the future.

after working in my clients home, when going into a room in there house, the odour was lovely, so i found it was parks of London scent , i went onto the site and purchased the same aromatherapy lime basil and Madeline, and found the bottles on sale so bought 2, what a waste of money there is no scent from the bottles, never again will i purchase,

Really disappointed with the diffusers. Very weak scent, struggles to fill even a small sitting room. We bought several scents and none seem to smell much unless you’re right next to them. Came home the first day after putting one out expecting to open the door and smell them but actually couldn’t smell anything. Would not buy again.

Quick delivery and all diffusers were intact - previous suppliers packaging resulted in broken items (postman complained about the smell in his van)! Will use Parks direct again.
