May 27,2022Two weeks ago I contacted customer services as my candle exploded sending hot wax and broken glass across my room and burning my table! I sent photographs and description of the mess. After being asked 24 hours later for more photographs in order to investigate (obviously I cleaned up the mess straight away so had no more photos) I was assured it was being looked into. I was assuming there might be an apology, perhaps a new candle as a gesture of good will (never mind that my table is ruined and I cut myself cleaning up the glass) - instead, when I have chased up weeks later, I have been told that my photograph is still in "lab testing" and the COO will contact me for a call, they haven't. So I am writing this instead as the company don't seem to have any urgency or customer care approach. I would simply avoid if I were you.
