Nov 24,2023I bought over 10 shirts but they all run quite a bit small and since the store closed, cant return or exchange. Unfortunate timing but would have been nice to have it on the site that the sizes run a bit small for hanon brand clothing

Jul 22,2024j’ai passé une commande chez hanon de 100 euro + 20 euro de shipping en août 2023, entreprise anglaise il me semble, ils utilisent fedex pour expédier leur commande. la commande a été livré un jour ou j’étais absent et elle est retourné à l’entrepôt, j’ai contacté le service client fedex à plusieurs reprises( l’un des pires services client jamais vu) mais je n’ai pas eux la possibilité de reprogrammer la livraison qui est reparti au chez hanon. je me suis donc fait rembourser 100 euro mais j’ai perdu plus de 3h de mon temps et les 20 euro de livraison. conclusion ne pas commander chez hanon et les entreprises basée au royaume unis en général qui ne sont pas connu mondialement. et si un responsable de hanon passe par là je veux bien mes 20 boule en échange de la suppression de cet avis.
