I received the candles lightning fast. However, the quality of another issue. I am VERY familiar with the Parks original fragrance. These candles have very little fragrance and I am livid....

After posting the below, Parks have given the best service and have offered to replace the items - I couldn’t be happier. Really easy to order and smell lovely. However the candles do look a little dirty and the one of the diffusers has bits floating in it. Never had this before… little embarrassed to give as gift as intended.

Excellent service - however that there are few candle boxes damage if possible replacement can be arranged !

Bought three different diffusers purely based on their description. Items came nicely packaged and on time. Absolutely love every one of the fragrances I chose and the rooms smell amazing. In the livingroom, as well as a diffuser. I use Parks in a large oil burner to get an even stronger scent.

Delivery was 8 days late. Order on 26.07.21. I called up to follow up regarding my order on the 29.07.21, I explained I needed it for an event on 01.08.21. Still nothing. Called again on 02.08.21 to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told it was possibly lost in post etc. To my surprise I got a update via email on 03.08.21 that my order had been dispatched. Order arrived on 04.08.21. 8 days too late. Not sure what going on, I have used parks on many occasion, but I was left really disappointed on this occasion as I had to end up buying a different diffuser from somewhere. I felt I ordered in good time, but clearly my order was not dispatched and I was told different stories when I called up.
