Apr 18,2025It was extremely hard to obtain access to your app, after I had downloaded it. You really need to speak to your IT advisor /tech support team. They so really need to update the system to have a easier flow. Plus it was difficult to get the taster box. I finally got there. But it took me ages and needs to be sorted out Thank you

Apr 17,2025Your delivery company left the Box outside the house (this can also be seen the proof of delivery photo) 3 people in the house at the time of delivery. He never rang the bell (all recorded on our RING camera.) Shocking. By the time we got to the Box it was wet through. I think you need to review your contract with them.
