Mar 10,2025My first taste of a Parsley box meal and I am not overly impressed. I had the beef stew and dumpling. All I could taste was the ale it was cooked in and nothing else, which is a real shame as the meat was lovely and tender but couldn't be tasted. The dumpling was not white and fluffy like on the sleeve of the packaging, but a brown/grey stodgy lump that tasted like wholemeal bread. If this is the standard of the meals I won't bother and am glad I didn't pay for it but my friend gave it to me to try.
