Oct 03,2022The happy birthday gold foil banner that we bought didn't brush up like it was supposed to,a lot of it was stuck down so it wouldn't brush up,so not good effect.Waste of money and it wasn't cheap either.

Sep 30,2022I was really impressed with the cake, the personalised cupcakes and the banner. We wanted to surprise my mother's 60th birthday and I was worried about the delivery time. I ordered a week early and I called customer service to ensure it would come the day before. The delivery arrived on the day I asked for, and I called back on some advice on how to store the cake and cupcakes. The customer service answers promptly. give wonderful advice and are really kind. The cake and cupcakes were delicious, the photos came out beautifully and my mother said she had a memorable birthday - she wanted to have wonderful memories. Thank you so much Party Pieces

Sep 30,2022Came across this website and after reading the great reviews purchased a 50th birthday cake for sister, unfortunately their courier company failed to deliver on time, so, the party went ahead without the cake! (I bought a supermarket one 🙈) however, the cake itself when it arrived was absolutely delcious, moist and made perfectly,😋😋 my sister had it for breakfast the next day, they also gave me a full refund, so definitely use these guys for a great cake BUT leave yourself enough time for the transit!

Sep 29,2022It was a beautiful cake, delivered safely & in a timely manner. We just wanted a nice photo (vanilla&buttercream) cake, but it far exceeded expectations!! It was well made, delicious & moist. It was far far superior to any store bought birthday cake we have ever got!! It just made for the perfect ending for my dad's 75th birthday!! So thanks!! We went for the larger cake & it was well worth it.

Sep 29,2022Personalised New Home Banner Order the banner on 19/09 , arrived 23/09. I emailed customer service just to make sure that they had received the correct information for personalising it. They replied within 24 hours , this put my mind at ease. The quality of the banner is brilliant , weather proof. I cannot wait to hang this up for when we get the keys to our first home. I will be ordering from you again very soon.

Sep 29,2022I brought a personalised birthday cake for my sons 16th birthday. It arrived damaged and not usuable. I emailed straight away and party pieces sent out another one to arrive yesterday in time for my sons birthday(today). We had the cake this evening and my son was surprised to see his face on it. The cake was lovely. Can't fault the sales team.
