Jul 31,2022I received my banner on time but sadly it wasnt the one i ordered , someone elses had been sent by mistake. I rang to explain and an apology was given. The correct banner arrived within 24 hours and was great, good customer service , mistakes happen but it was put right quickly would def use this company again.

It was surprisingly cheap so I was unsure what to expect with regards to quality etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the product arrived. It is PERFECT. I am so happy with the banner. Excellent quality and exactly what I wanted.

Jul 30,2022The pre-inflated balloon was gorgeous and came packaged perfectly. However it burst only after 2 hours after opening the box, without any reason — it was not caught on anything, we were simply carrying it to the birthday picnic. What a shame.

Jul 30,2022If I could give it a zero I would. The package came late even though I paid the 8 pound fee, the plastic was stuck to the sheet of icing and couldn’t get it off without ripping and all the icing round the cake was cracked i was not happy with this order at all.
