Apr 03,2023I am returning Easter wreath as it was squashed in box and dropping flowers. Also no coloured eggs as in description. Couldn't find any procedure for raising return form so have written details on invoice and sending to address on web.

Apr 03,2023The cake was lovely although a little on the small side to feed 20 as stated. Only 4 stars given as I was disappointment with the delivery or lack of notifications of delivery and not keeping the cake flat as stated in the box.

Apr 02,2023Hi, I was really disappointed The majority of the balloon I purchased had holes in them and were useless! It was my my 40th bday and I bought 2 x helium canisters to blow them up costing me £100. It was disappointing that I hardly had any balloon at a special celebration. I was advised to blow them Up just prior to the event so therefore couldn't go out and get my alternatives!

Mar 04,2023I have used party pieces for quiet a while for numerous occasions, this time I ordered some cupcakes for my granddaughter for her 6th birthday which was on the 25th February I ordered them to be delivered on Friday 24th so we could take them for her party on the Saturday 25th which was early afternoon but they didn’t arrive till the evening, I was disappointed as she didn’t have them until the Monday, I have been generally pleased with all the other times I have ordered, so could improve on the dates delivered on time.

Apr 13,2023Very disappointed. The personalised balloons arrived one week before the requested date completely spoiling the surprise. No response to my email asking for an explanation. When opened the lettering on the balloon was peeling off.
