I receive recipe kits every 4 weeks. They have all been tasty, very quickly prepared and convenient. Many can be frozen if not needed immediately
I literally just ordered via Uber eats and the prawns were expired. Everyone knows the smell of gone off seafood. How dare you! I demand my money back.

I ordered pasta and then paused my subscription, where it clearly stated that where money had already been taken for deliveries, those deliveries would still take place. Today is the day of delivery, the money has been taken from my account and yet that delivery has now disappeared from my account. I’ve been charged for pasta that isn’t coming.
Fast delivery, exquisite flavours, easily put together at home and well thought through. The subscription is flexible and the benefits are great. The recipes are easy to follow, quick to cook and the ingredients are always fresh and very tasty.
I loved pasta evangelist, having been a regular customer for about 3 years, and particularly the Beef shin ragu, however the last 2 orders have had very poor cuts of meat with slimy fat and the usually rich and tasty sauce seems watered down. Having provided the company with feedback last month on this quality matter, I was thanked, promised feedback would be shared with the chefs and supply chain, and given £5 store credit off my next order. So have ordered again (3weeks later) and pretty much threw the meal in the bin due to it having multiple fatty and slimy pieces of beef in the dish. Honestly just thinking about it again is making me feel sick. Having taken photos of the dish this time, I shared more feedback with the company (including photos) and have just received a similar response, this time with £7 store credit. This dish is £14.50 for a double portion and I will not be ordering again :(
Excellent freshly made quality pasta with exceptional tasty sauce
Ordered a Carbonara and Focaccia. Carbonara was not great not worth the wait. Focaccia price for a slice was £3.95 you would get a full Focaccia for only £2. Focaccia was not fresh and taste like it was ready to throw out. Please don't order from here because it's a rip off. Best to go to a family owned. I can bake a better Focaccia.

I ordered carbonara grande version (bigger) and was not enough sauce to the amount of pasta - I am very disappointed ☹️
As always, extremely eager to receive my orders from Pasta Evangelists as I know I will enjoy my meal and probably dream about it later!
Ordered delivery for 28 March, waited in during the 8am to 9pm delivery slot- nothing arrived, no advice no call nothing. Emailed customer support, no response. Emailed again 29 March, and again 30 March- nothing. I have now put the amount in dispute with my credit card company. Never ever will I use this company again
My 1st subscription order never came and no apology or aftercare. This is not a food review, the food is amazing and I love it. I took up their offer that was sent to me to come back into their subscription delivery after a year away. Disappointingly the order never arrived and there were no messages before or after to apologise. I had to ring them as they didn't reply to my email or online help request, thry had my money but no food for me. Amazingly the customer service lady gave me the line that they were a small team and can't contact all customers, I know she was just doing her job but please update your systems and training to reflect that you are owned by a great pasta company who paid many millions you and have spent millions more on new facilities! I was offered a rebook for Easter Monday until I questioned if that was possible on a bank holiday and she said no it wasn't, I could have Wednesday, not really an easter family meal sort of day so I cancelled. No apologies and I lost my welcome back offer as she had the audacity to say I had used it! I was told to wait for the next newsletter to see any other offers. Again, I love the food, I will continue to buy from Boxpark and Harrods but the welcome back became a clear message of do not subscribe, because if it goes wrong, pasta evangelists do not care.

Do not order if you need to have a delivery for a particular day! Customer service is also appalling I’m totally fed up! I’ve been lucky & had a ‘store credit’ as a gift for the past 3yrs - everything was amazing to start with & delivery was perfect. However, things have gone totally downhill! I placed a large order for delivery mid-December for a pre-Christmas family get together & items were missing, customer service were totally ineffective & just offered £10 as compensation! I placed an order for delivery today 28th March as a Good Friday family treat - it hasn’t been delivered & Pasta Evangelist customer services answer was it’s not their problem but the delivery service Yodel & it will be delivered on 2nd April! Totally unacceptable & awful service. Sadly I now still have over £150 store credit which was a gift I cannot rely on using for set deliveries to enjoy with my family as was intended when gifted to me.
I ordered food through Deliveroo, 2 x beef shin lasange and 1x braised venison cannelloni (order 2841). When the order arrived, everything was wrong, instead I received something that looked like a mini pizza, tagliatelle with bits of bacon on top and some venison dish. It took nearly an hour to get through to the restaurant, I explained what had happened only to be told that it’s deliveroo’s problem, not theirs, then the lady put down the phone in my ear. They took my money and sent me goods that are way cheaper that what I have ordered. Not happy, never again.
