Sep 01,2022Pasta Evangelists is one of the treats that kept me going through Lockdown. I had to shield & life was lonely, bleak and at times frightening. My son introduced me to Pasta Evangelists and told me to treat it as a night out, but at home - and that is what I have been doing every 2 weeks ever since. Quite apart from the food being wonderful and reasonably priced, the people are very helpful. Once when I had very short notice of people arriving to stay, even though it was after the deadline for final orders, they amended my order from food for one person to food for four. They could not have been more helpful & understanding. Downsides - I can't think of any. The food arrives fresh & well packed and in two years I have not been disappointed.

Aug 31,2022Prep couldn’t be easier, just chuck it in the pot and heat the sauce. There’s a wide range of options and all five we’ve sampled so far have been excellent. Loved the pea ravioli with crisped breadcrumbs in particular. Much better than going to Prezzo!

Aug 31,2022Delicious, great selection of pasta dishes available. No pressure, like some delivery boxes for weekly boxes. Pasta packaged very well and of exceptional quality, we really enjoyed our first box and have more planned. Customer support (Joyce in particular) really friendly and able to help resolve a query I had. 5*!

The first one, salmon carbonara, arrived in two separate boxes: box one contained lukewarm soggy pasta (not the pappardelle I'd ordered) with some kind of cream cheese and no salmon; in a separate pot I was sent some pancetta with a note "We don't have anymore salmon. We're very busy." I do not eat pork, this was an insult. What is the point in advertising meals when you don't have the ingredients, and what is the point in asking for my phone number if you can't have the decency to phone me? The second pasta dish wasn't made with the pasta I'd selected and wasn't particularly great either. The whole meal was an absolute robbery and really beyond poor service - you could have got better quality putting something in the microwave.

Aug 29,2022I regularly have x3 vegetarian pasta dishes delivered to my niece and she loves them. But she is away on holiday and on contacting pasta evangelist- it was absolutely no problem to cancel her order whilst she is away. Prompt, efficient and courteous ♥️🙏🏽. Such a great delivery of fresh, wholesome food with Excellent service. Pasta Evangelist were very good to my other niece during lockdown - she’s an NHS nurse and worked on the Covid ward. Having delicious pasta delivered to her door after a hard and emotional shift was so uplifting . Thank you. Jenny Hegarty

Aug 27,2022Second delivery the package arrives compromised. The customer service response tells me not to worry as the cooling gel is safe. According to them, I could make my own paste with the cooling gel. I wish him jail.

Aug 26,2022Ordered doubles of Cheese Focaccia, Carbonara and Tiramisu as a surprise, for me to cook for my wife and myself. Unfortunately the package arrived while I was out, so the surprise was gone! All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful although one of the Tiramisus had leaked a bit, - not enough interior packing to keep it upright. Good cooking instructions although I didn't bake the Focaccia for long enough, but still very nice. Carbonara was great, really tasty and so much of it, that there was enough left over for another helping for me, the next day. The Tiramisu was divine, and I will be reordering again.

Aug 26,2022Was so excited for this but unfortunately they couldn’t even meet the delivery standard. It was slightly frustrating that you couldn’t be provided or place a preference to delivery time slots so I had to wait in for the delivery day and be guided by the tracking service which at around 6pm updated itself to say delivery was attended but refused due to damages to the box…although I had not even seen a delivery driver that day (Wednesday) let alone refused a parcel. Following the update I immediately got in contact with the customer service, who responded with the longest pre script message ever, with a final reference to my actual complaint who said they could get new food sent out and would be with me on the Saturday (dinner plans made for Friday for said food, hence ordering for the Wednesday) or the other was to credit my account…as though they were doing me a favour! When I pointed this out my second email was ignored and my case updated on the Friday stating as they hadn’t heard from me they would issue a credit refund. After several emails back and forth I made them finally agree to refund my bank account and decided to end my subscription as they clearly were not interested in solving any genuine customer service.

Aug 26,2022I was given a gift voucher for Pasta Evangelists for Mother’s Day & only recently redeemed it. The pasta I ordered was absolutely delicious & probably the best I’ve ever tasted! I had a query after my order and it was answered & dealt with very promptly so excellent service. All in all, I was most impressed with Pasta Evangelists!

Delivery is reliable and well packaged. Customer service is top notch! Recent had a situation and Vera from CS helped in no time. 5 star service.

Aug 26,2022If you want top notch quality fresh pasta delivered carefully straight to your door - look no further. Fantastic range and if you get carried away and order too much then you can freeze it. Delicious every time. The support team are excellent - Mae and Anton were super responsive recently when I needed at short notice to pause my next monthly delivery due to being unexpectedly away from home. They know what excellent customer service looks like and deliver to that time after time. Can’t fault them on quality, delivery or service.

Aug 26,2022Wonderful experience :) All the dishes are really tasty and very high quality. Everything is tasty, lots of flavour and the fresh pasta is really good. We are used to eating top quality pasta too. We had a couple of hiccups but the staff are so lovely, so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. It feels really special to be part of this lovely company.
