Jul 20,2023I purchased 2 bottles of the patio black spot remover to clean the black spot off my natural sandstone. I used it as per the instructions, applying it dry in copious amounts onto my front porch and left it there as per the recommended time before removing it and noticed absolutely no difference. I contacted the company about my experience as well as to obtain a tax invoice for my order and was ghosted on both occasions. I subsequently used other bleach based products from another chemical company and had fantastic results. Can't recommend this product to anyone based on my results and my experience with the company. Edit 21/7/23: I purchased this item from your Australian arm as I am in Australia. Maybe you (Patio Black Spot Remover) should speak to them to get it sorted out as they represent your company. Edit 24/7/23: Alex from PBSR UK reached out to me and confirmed my order after receiving this review. He sent through the invoice I had requested and provided a partial refund based on my experience and stated that they had not received my emails for some reason. He stated that they would have recommended a re-application of the product to get more effective results however I'm still a little bit confused as to the lack of improvement after the first application considering the videos and photos I have seen from my research prior to purchasing the product and trying it out. I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the company reaching out to make things right after seeing my review.

Jul 20,2023My 25 year old natural stone slabs hadn’t been cleaned for 3 years and had so many spots/fungus marks/ London grime that hadn’t shifted previously I thought I’d need a new patio. A couple of areas (under flower pots) needed second application and I’m extremely satisfied.
