The company were extremely helpful on advising me how to tackle the problem. It transformed the York stone bringing it back to its original condition. I could not believe how well the product had worked. The company also advised me how to maintain this look for years to come. Money well spent.

Our block paving is approx 22 years old, and jet washing every 3 or 4 years would brighten it all up, but over the years it would look better, but never look as new. The black spot remover has worked wonders in restoring the blocks to their original colour. It's not cheap, but the results are worth it! Excellent product.

Dec 10,2022This was my first time using this product. I followed instructions on the side of the container and it worked perfectly on our natural sandstone paths and patio. It worked just as well on the bricks that make up the path edges too. It hasn’t had any detrimental effect on the lawn that abuts a path either. However I probably didn’t have the correct grade face mask and had some unusual sporadic coughing for days afterwards. I’ll need to find out and buy the correct face mask next time. It’s a pity the company don’t sell them. The spot remover is quite expensive but it gets the job done well. It will be interesting to see how long it stays this way. I did it in November but it might be better to wait until Spring.

Oct 23,2022Arrived on time- first paths done, in a brief window of dry weather. They were really slippery and dangerous almost completely black. It is lovely to see the proper colour of the slate again. Still quite a few spots and it doesn’t appear to have affected the white lichen but the path is now safe for the first time in ages, hopefully it will keep it so until the spring when we can have another go at it. Really pleased that it is so much improved. I was anxious about plants on the edge of the path but they do appear unaffected.

Oct 12,2022Have to say was quite blown away by this product, been in the landscaping trade over 30 years and to be honest no other product worked, we just scrubbed as hard as we could. Thought this was a scam and I was wrong 20 minutes the stone changed just by following the instructions just by spraying 😦😦 then a wash off. Client could not believe it just like me. Do have have photos to prove

Oct 03,2022I ordered patio cleaner for artificial stone. It arrived quickly and more importantly it worked! We've recently bought a 50 year old house and the patio paving looked grotty. Before going to the expense of replacing it we decided to give cleaning a go. Who would have expected that the tired, grey expanse was actually cream? It changed completely, just like in the advertising. We'll be buying more as we have another area to clean up.

Sep 30,2022Used on porcelain patio slabs which had developed black spots in shady areas. Tried jet washing from point blank range but with zero success. Used the Black Spot removal product designed for artificial stone and it's worked a treat, genuinely looks good as new.

Jan 17,2023Our Indian stone flags have been laid now for 20 years and no amount of cleaning with a jet washer and other proprietary cleaners have improved their appearance UNTIL I used your natural stone ‘Patio Black Spot’ remover product. The results were unbelievable, colours now back to original. Have now purchased your block paver cleaner hoping for a similar result
