Oct 05,2024It worked beautifully! I did not use spray bottle. Just used the wide pain brush, applying it in both directions across each yorkstone tile. Then a gentle jet wash. Admirable result!

Oct 02,2024We have over 60m3 of Indian Sandstone paving, suffering from blackspot to varying degrees, right up to one or two pavers being almost entirely black. We've tried other 'magic solutions' in the past, all utterly useless. In total contrast, the Patio Black Spot Removal Co. Ltd achieved exactly what it 'says on the tin': one day's hard work by Richard and the whole area now looks as good as new - not the slightest hint of any remaining blackspot: even the many white spots have also disappeared! Sep 30,2024Friendly company to deal with. They delivered what they promised. Cost may initially seem high however once complete it brings much satisfaction at a fraction of relaying a new patio. Our Indian stone patio which fitted 18 years looked more like a dirty concrete floor with a high concentration of black and white spots. After years of trying to keep this at bay, this has been the only treatment that has truly worked. I was greatly surprised and over joyed with the results.

Sep 28,2024Our Indian sandstone patio was laid 20 years ago and, despite regular pressure washing and a few garden-centre chemical treatments, it looked awful: dull, grubby and covered in ugly black spots. We regretted ever having used natural stone and thought we were destined to live with it or pay a fortune to replace it. I contemplated trying hugely expensive steam cleaning but teen I found the Patio Black spot Removal Company, by accident. Their RHS accreditation made me take a closer look and, after quizzing a man in their office, I decided to give it a go. I can only say that both the company and their product are absolutely brilliant. They spent around six hours, repeatedly treating our stone with the product, then washing it down thoroughly and the end result was - and is - jaw-dropping. Out patio looks as though it was laid yesterday; it is spotless, the colour has been restored and all the little details, such as the fossilised ferns and glorious swirls in the stone are visible once again. Every morning I look at what they achieved and my heart sings. What is more, I know that by using the company’s preventative product, our patio will never return to the appalling state it was in before they transformed it. In case you are wondering whether there was damage to the plants or lawn - no, there was none whatsoever. The staff were all friendly, efficient, helpful and punctual and the result is fantastic; I cannot recommend them more.

Sep 28,2024sorry did not work for me at all the before and after photos look exactly the same. i sent photos to the supplier and after second email they stopped replying. i was told the marks were not organic thats why it didnt work yet the worst marks are directly under plants. waste of money and lack of support when if does not do as promissed.

Sep 26,2024On the 23rd of October 2024, Patio Black Spot Removal Co. LTD arrived, and it turned into a disastrous day for my herbal garden outside the kitchen. Whatever chemicals they are using—despite their attempts to assure me it was just a small amount of "natural bleach"—the entire house and kitchen were overwhelmed by the smell of bleach and chemicals. This is unacceptable. Please stop using this company immediately and, more importantly, stop poisoning nature and our planet. Whether this is due to a lack of education or sheer ignorance, I’ll leave that for you to decide.
