Apr 22,2021I ordered a dog towel and a cooling mat ,unfortunately the cooling mat got damaged in delivery and the company were brilliant in getting a replacement out to me without delay. As soon as it arrived My lurcher lay on it with a sigh of relief. Great to deal with a company that evidently cares about its customers. Happy to recommend.

Apr 20,2021My first cool mat received was damaged. I contacted Paws and Presto and they replaced it immediately with no hassle. It is a fabulous cool mat and really good quality. I will definitely buy from this company again - makes a nice change from Amazon!

Apr 04,2021Ordered a set of dog towels and my dogs love them. They absorb the water really well. They wash and dry quickly. My dogs are medium size and the towels are just the right size for them. Arrived when they said they would. Would buy again🐶😁

Apr 01,2021NO STARS Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Products purchased are of very good quality but customer service is failing this company. Items were returned (wrong size) as requested for a refund. It took 6 weeks to answer my emails. Eventually got a refund for half the amount. Emailed again and again to ask why not the full amount, to be told they only had half the order returned. This is simply not true. Still awaiting a response. This has been dragging on since the order was placed on 5/12/2020. However good the products, I will not be ordering again from them.

Mar 28,2021We bought one of the towels offered at a reduced price . Bella the lab loves a rub with it . It drys very quickly which is a great bonus . It washes well . I would happily buy another if the lower price was on offer. Edit . Having used this towel for a couple of years I find I am disappointed how long it takes to dry on the washing line or heated airer.

Mar 24,2021Bought some drying towels and very pleased with results as English springer finds every muddy puddle when it rains. And is washed daily drying times alot quicker than when using normal towel. Would recommend to anyone if asked.

Mar 24,2021This is a great product. Wish I'd bought them AGES ago! They dry my Working Cocker so well (as he's always in water) and they remove dirt from him too. They dry so quick compared to normal towels and wash well. I shall be buying more!! :)

Mar 21,2021I bought this towel and I was a bit sceptical as so many towels say the will have amazing results, well this towel gave amazing results, I take my pup out of the shower wrap her in the towel and by the time I walk down the stairs she is practically dry. Would highly recommend this towel
