Order never arrived, emails kept saying ready to be dispatched, then it stopped responding, now all emails returned saying they no longer exist.

NO ORDER EVER ARRIVED. Money paid in December 2022 Now March 2023 Ordered a dog drying towel. Had various automated replies to my request for a delivery or a refund. Today, email is now being rejected by server as non existent. Gail Carter , I would have given NO stars, no service provided only money taken. Pasted from website, showing previous order fulfilled. This is a fake business. They have taken my money for an order 21/01/2023 and hasn't shipped the goods. Not only this but they haven't responded to any communications and now I am have to claim through VISA. Avoid this business at all costs.

I can not add anything more than what’s already been said! Been scammed and guess I won’t receive what I paid for nor will I get my money back . Disappointed!!!

Ordered 31st December, initially had regular updates explaining manufacturing issues and then logistic issues in early February. Then silence. Emailing their support team on Tuesday got me an automated response saying they’d aim to get back to me within 48 hours, today I got a “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender”. Companies house shows the business has an active proposal to strike off (dissolving) submitted in feb. Very disappointing that they didn’t issue any communications. I was happy to wait and support them with their issues providing they communicated. I have contacted my bank to try and get my money back. Update: refund processed via my bank.

Order in December was over £40 Still waiting, try to email them again just now but the email was bounced back. Very unhappy. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Placed an order 10th January & payment of £48 taken. Chased delivery 21/1, received emails blaming Chinese New Year & logistical issues & promised delivery in early February. Goods still not received & not replying to my phone calls & emails requesting a refund. Try to support small businesses but this is appalling customer service.

I ordered some towels at the end of Dec. Had a couple of emails to explain they have had logistical issues and this is why I have not received the goods. However, I am trying to contact them to get a refund as over 2 months is too long. The email address given on their website is returned as non-deliverable, I have left messages on the phone numbers given but no return phone calls, I am going to try and pursue other methods of contact but I am not 100% sure the company is still trading at this point.

Placed an order on 11th January’23. One week later, could see it hadn’t been dispatched. Emailed them to ask for estimated delivery time, was advised beg of February. Chased again on 6th February, email ignored Called them and left a message asking them to contact me, also ignored. Further 3 emails eventually threatening with Trading Standards and requesting a refund. As at 2nd March, no contact from them and no refund. Unprofessional and rude. AVOID at all costs!!.

Should be no stars. Ordered and paid for a blanket in December. Nothing delivered and now getting absolutely no response from the company. My latest email has bounced back.

I ordered a blanket for my dog for Christmas on 9 December. Still not arrived by 1 March despite being promised this at beginning of February. So now missed Christmas and my dogs birthday in January. Got a few emails to start with explaining about the logistical issues but my last 3 or 4 emails have been completely ignored. Used to love this company and did previously recommend but now they are letting themselves down so badly.

I would love to say how lovely my towels I ordered in January were but I carnt. I paid for a set of towels in January, received 1 email a couple of weeks later saying they were having issues and I should receive them early February. I still have not received my order and have had no response to my email's or my messages, I am very disappointed. i paid a lot of money and did not get my order, the after sales or dealing with issues is non existent. If I had received any replies to maybe just one of my emails or messages then I could maybe understand but no response at all and seems like the only time there is a response is when someone writes a bed review on this site, why are these items being sold still If they are having problems with logistics , maybe sort out the backlog of unhappy customers before you sell more items thet you may not have to send to the new customers.

We ordered 4 towels worth 50 GPB on January 7th 2023. They took the cash, but no towels. Initially 2 emails stating delays and logistic issues. Heard nothing from them since early Feb. We still do not have our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please please read the reviews; I wish I had 7 weeks in no towels snd no refund. But they’re still selling towels on their website for a sale price how can you have a sale and not fulfil the orders they had already received but not send out the goods. At first l had 1or 2 emails explaining they were having more made. But they’ve now stopped replying to me. Stupidly Inpaid using my debit card. I now hope my bank will recall the payment.

I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering. The took my money in January and promised end of month delivery. I chased in Feb and got a reply 8th Feb stating "I am struggling to ship your order at the moment due to logistical issues out of my control." no further replies to any of my emails I am hoping I can get a refund through the credit card!

Ordered 2 x towel bundles a month ago and still haven’t received them. Ignored every email yet kept the money. Going to my bank for a refund. SCAM!!!

DO NOT ORDER. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. I have had the worst and most stressful experience with this company. I placed my order 7 weeks ago now and still haven't had a 'dispatched confirmation' after stating it would be dispatched 7-10 days after the order. The communication from this company has been terribly poor. I started to get suspicious when after 2 weeks I hadn't received a dispatch email. As I was in my 14 days 'cooling off period' under the consumer rights act, I had requested a refund to which they told me 'my item will be dispatched promptly'...another 5 weeks later and NOTHING. Then again I request a refund to which they have ignored me. The lack of communication is ridiculous and their customer service is just so poor. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered another towel at least 6-7 weeks ago Like some one else has mentioned they are quick to take your money but not provide you with your purchase Not one reply to any emails No update on issues the company are having and nearly two months with no product and no money returned to me as they cannot obviously fulfill my order Times are hard for everyone and this service is appalling …. Sent 5 emails absolutely no response no product and no refund !!! DISGUSTING WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN Order #48500

I'd award zero if I could. I ordered dog towels back in early December. They contacted me to tell me there was a problem with my order but the towels would be with me the following week. That was at the beginning of February. Quite some time after the order date. In the last week I have rang god knows how many times. Sent a Facebook message, text messages and even an Instagram message all to no avail. I contacted PayPal the day before yesterday and requested a refund which they did immediately. I ordered elsewhere and they arrived a day later. My advice steer well clear and shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, ordered a towel in early jan, took money but no towel , no response to my email, do not buy off them! Absolutely terrible company. Furious!
