We transact £40 Million of card transactions per year through Pay360, we have no account manager or dedicated point of contact. As of 18/01/2024 Pay360 are PCI non-compliant for E-Commerce. Trying to contact through the Access Group call centre is like descending in to Dante's Inferno.
Absolutely zero support. The payment page doesn't work at all. If you call them in support, they will say they will create a ticket for you, but they will not create anything. Payments don't work, company has no support and just charging money for nothing.
Absolutely useless system. User unfriendly, randomly locks you out, and zero help or support. If I could pay any other way I would, because yet again I’ve wasted hours trying to log in.
This platform is a joke. You add school clubs to you basket and the go to pay and it crashes and fails. By the time you have reloaded someone else has booked or it says "max one per child" even though you haven't managed to book one for your child.
Utterly useless. Paying for school items is a joke. Every club booking is individual and muddled up! It takes forever as that’s about 5 buttons for every single breakfast club and another 5 for after school, as it insists you give permission and jumps back to the first page after every single booking. There’s 3 pages of clubs in NO sensible order to search through. Try booking a term!!! No option to book the lot or a week in one go. It just needs a table with tick boxes. How hard can that be? As for the APP. I’ve downloaded it and it simply freezes instantly so it’s all online. Come on people. This is supposed to be high tech and progress. Sorry but it’s a joke. Parents forced to use completely idiotic systems to pay for kids clubs and school meals are wasting hours battling this technology. If you’re going to provide a service, make it decent! If not please don’t bother.
A rather elongated project due to issues with early releases not being quite up to scratch but can't fault the project management, always kept on top of our issues, and kept in regular contact throughout. Thanks
This system is horrendous! If you're a school looking for a pay system avoid this one. It's the talk of the school parents WhatsApp chat. At first I registered and logged in no problem. Then my phone had to go back to factory settings so I lost all my logins. Every other app or site that I use I was easily able to get back in. This system asks for a load of security questions I've never set up or just freezes. It is impossible and I'm not the only one having this issue. It's been over a week now and I can't get in. I'm hoping the school will take cash so my kids don't miss out on Christmas activities that I can't get on to pay for. I also tried emailing them or help at the email they've given someone on a review below but got no reply. So capita please don't comment asking me to email you as yoy don't bother responding. Arbor is a much better system for anyone looking for an alternative.
We had a great Capita Project Manager. Although the resource was stretched our project manager JL always managed to get the work done in a timely manner and at times even checked the work herself. Everyone else who helped with the project also were very focused and professional.
Our card payment gateway provider had served notice on us and as such required a rapid change of gateway. After speaking with Pay360, they put us at ease with their explanation of systems and how they would integrate with ours. All throughout our journey Pay360 were extremely helpful, going through numerous meetings to discuss system integrations and everything else. At the time of writing we have just completed migrating our final set of clients and this was all thanks to their non-stop help. I would wholly recommend this company for anyone looking for a card payment gateway provider.

I logged in at the start of term and couldn't access my daughter's account. It claims my password is wrong, yet I haven't changed it in years. Then asks me all sorts of security questions like "what's my favorite food " which I never provided in the first place so they have no record of the answers. Then it directs me to the school and offers no solution. My daughter had to go without lunch in school. Pathetic . This is it not Fort Knox: the security features are irresponsible.
this platform is the most unfriendly experience I have had- it is highly unreliable and aggravating to use. would encourage any school facility to NOT use this company
This site uses 3rd party validation to sign you up/log in. This means you must either have an Apple/Facebook/Google/Microsoft/Twitter account. You cannot sign up with your own email address. I do not check messages sent to my email address that is signed up to social media and thus will likely miss any messages sent out by the platform. Poor design thinking!

The Pay360 teams are consistently providing quality support to our business, both in terms of technical assistance and commercial advice. From experience, we receive prompt responses to queries as well as escalation requests and always from a friendly team.
Very bad platform. Take payments then cancel them or payments fail. You try calling and you get cut off after 3 minutes. Very disappointed
We have been using Pay360 Evolve for a good few months now as an ISV with our own number of end users that we have moved over to the platform. The experience has been fantastic so far, we have had extremely speedy onboarding of new merchants which has been thanks to the excellent technical team and Jamie who has especially been helpful in providing us and our end users support when most needed.
Been using Pay360 for the past year. We were one of the early adopters of the ISV platform so there has been some bumps along the way but there has been someone to always reach out to and move things along. Over the more recent 6 months or so I can not fault Pay360. We look forward to a long relationship ahead. Liam and Jamie have both been instrumental in our success.
Have found Pay360 sales and techinical staff most helpful in all aspects, since initial contact, through development and into live depolyment.
