The customer service from Mark was outstanding and he dealt with all of my (many) queries about pricing, sizing and personalisation swiftly and professionally. The quality of the garments is superb. Only two niggles from me: - the pricing structure on the website is unclear and doesn't show a breakdown of the discounts. Clear pricing is a must when you are trying to collect funds from 15 parents ahead of placing the order. - the initials were printed using Comic Sans. A very outdated font that shouldn't really be used for anything. I didn't think to ask for an alternative so partly my fault. Will definitely use again.
