If ever we do have a problem with anything, I only have to contact them, & it's dealt with straight away. Think as a club we have built up a great relationship with the Pendle Staff Team. Customer service excellent as they have contacted me following this review and explained the process of personalisation, and the fact I had not been given adequate information. Will know for next order - Quality of kit excellent and washes well

Oct 24,2023I recently had a few different orders that came with some issues with printing and missed items. I wasn’t initially very unhappy with this situation, however I must add that after speaking to a manager I was offered £50 straight away to use at the pendle store. My point here is although mistakes can happen and human error can make things a little awkward at times it is important to find a resolution to any issues swiftly. Pendle were very quick with that and it is very much appreciated. Until the recent errors it has to be said we have had a great rapport with this company, and I will add that shall continue. Other companies aren’t as forthcoming.

Ordering is then really streamline. you just select items you want with sponsor info, numbers, etc. Turnaround time was 2 days including all the customization. Fantastic service. I will be using for all of our kit from now on.
