Mar 11,2023The house is superb, the quality of finishes is spotless, great care to all detailes. From the first day we decided to buy a new house and visited the Pennyfarthing site at Potters Wood, the experience we had with them was fantastic. Jackie and rest of the team of the sales office were very suportive and helpful, always in contact with updates, so every step if the process went smoothly. The house is fantastic, better than expected. Since we moved in, around 6 weeks ago we only found a handfull of minor issues, but thanks to Malcolm from aftersales care and the rest of their team, they were fixed in no time. Malcolm always helpful and very knowledgeable in everything we needed to know. I would strongly recommend Pennyfarthing to anyone who wants a new house.

Mar 06,2023We had some work done on our windows by Greg from Munster Windows and he reported a secondary issue. The very next morning, without us having to chase it someone was there to correct tissue. This was excellent customer care. In addition, Matt, Chris, Clare and the whole customer care team are always excellent; quick to respond and quick to remedy problems. We have been vey impressed.

Mar 01,2023Amazing Customer service from Jackie, she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. The build quality is superb, only a few little snagging items (door not closing properly, etc.), which were fixed very quickly with the help of Malcolm. Definitely recommend them for a new home, don't let the online critics of new builds put you off with a Pennyfarthing home. Top Quality.

Feb 27,2023Great experience purchasing a new home with Pennyfarthing Homes. The sales team have been excellent from the outset, keeping us updated on the progress including the photos and estimated completion date. Jackie, Gaye, Sina and all the sales team at Potterswood have gone above and beyond to ensure our move went as smoothly as possible. We honestly felt that they had our best interests at heart. Since moving into our house 1 month ago, we have been more than impressed with the quality of construction and the finishing touches. Malcolm and Rafael from the after sales team have been excellent and the very few imperfections we found have been fixed quickly. We would definitely recommend buying a new home with Pennyfarthing.

Feb 23,2023Thanks to Matt, Chris & Clare at the Penny farthing Customer Care team, they respond extremely quickly and work hard to resolve all the little issues that have come up in our first year. They've also helped organise & resolve some of the more significant challenging issues with an ongoing leaking shower and chimney issues that a few folks in Fordingbridge have had. Thanks for the help guys, it's appreciated!

We were first time buyers and buying a new house, so the prospect was all a bit daunting but Jackie, Sina and Judith were all friendly and answered all our questions, plus reassured us through the whole process. The aftercare from them, plus Rafal and Malcolm on the site team has been second to none as well. The belief that new builds are built terribly; full of snags and dodgy electrics is certainly not true for our new home, it’s better than we imagined! Would highly recommend buying a house from Pennyfarthing Homes

Feb 08,2023We are so pleased with the quality of our new home on the inside and out. The development looks great and a lot of thought has gone into the design of each plot. The sales team were fantastic from start to finish. Jackie, Judith, and Sina were all lovely to talk to and helped make the daunting process of buying a new build easier. The after care was just as good. Malcolm, Rafal and their team looked after us and made sure that any snags we had, which wasn't many and is typical of a new build, were resolved. Even the builders are a friendly bunch and park their vehicles considerately. I'm trying to convince my friends and family to move into the new phase they're building!! Fantastic job Pennyfarthing Homes! They have proven to me that there are good new build developers out there despite all the bad press caused by others.

Our house has had its fair share of issues, but all have been resolved quickly and to a high standard - Matt from the Customer Care Team is especially worthy of praise, he’s been nothing short of outstanding throughout. Matt is always a friendly face, he finds solutions to issues promptly and the quality of his work is exceptional. We would definitely recommend Pennyfarthing Homes

Feb 02,2023Love my new home. Was a bit of a delay moving in but was kept informed of progress. Sales team were lovely. There were some snags, many of which could easily have been avoided with a bit more care and attention. Having said that Malcolm and the customer care team have sorted out any problems.

The communication from the sales office has been excellent and I am particularly happy with the overall finish of the property. Also the aftercare from Malcolm and Raf has been good. All initial snags have been attended to and completed to my satisfaction. I look forward to the infrastructure of the development to be completed.
