Jan 11,2023We’ve been “officially” moved in for just over a week now and have been absolutely loving our new home!! Couldn’t be happier! As first time buyers the whole process has been scary and stressful but the reassurance and help we’ve received from the sales team in Verwood has been brilliant and they continue to do an amazing job of looking after us even after completion. A huge thank you to them for making us at ease and supporting us every step of the way. An absolutely wonderful team.

I would like to say a special thank you to Jackie, Sina and Malcom who have all shown lots of support as well as making us at ease during the process. The level of genuine care and professionalism shown has surpassed expectations. Thank you so much team. I would highly recommend the developer for a new build property. The final finishes and attention to detail have been excellent. If you are a first time buyer looking to get on the property ladder in a lovely new Home you won’t be disappointed.

The whole team couldn’t do enough for us throughout the process. We’ve bought a 2 bedroom apartment that’s on the 1st floor. I can genuinely highly recommend the developer for a new build home. I’ve never been so happy, I absolutely love everything about it, and it’s a lot bigger then I expected I can assure you, you would not be disappointed buying a property with Pennyfarthing homes.

With any new build you are bound to get some snags but it has been comforting knowing that they have been dealt with straight away! My experience with the Penny Farthing Sales team at Potters Wood has also been very good. The team (Jackie and Judith in particular) have been very friendly and have kept me updated regularly. No job has ever been too much for him, and he’s always gone above and beyond with every job he’s done for us. He is not only a really friendly guy but extremely professional and knowledgeable at his job, he literally has the answer to everything, no job is too much and he does everything with a smile! It is very clear how good he is at his job and he deserves all the praise he gets. Would like to add all of the above is the same for Chris from customer care team, communication was always very clear with all the jobs and they were both an absolute pleasure to have in our homes and a real credit to the team at PennyFarthing!!

Nov 06,2022I am absolutely over the moon with my house!! My partner and I moved in to our first just over a week ago and couldn’t be happier. Jackie and the sales team have been amazing, even when I kept changing my house choices! We had upgraded parts of our kitchen and bathrooms, very happy with the results! As of yet, no major concerns with the house. The snagging process is well thought out, giving you 4 weeks to identify any problems.

Particularly Jackie and Judith from sales team, Jackie has been with us since the start and always helped through tricky times and kept us up to date. Judith has been brilliant helping with the move in days and getting bits sorted. The house is lovely and hight quality build.
