I got diffrent pencils that I ordered. I ordered sanguine got sth that this shop lists as russet . There is no way I would order this color as I never used it and I dont know it. Interestingly in my order the pencils are listed as sanquine ( but number of color is for russet). When you check thier stock now, sanquine totally disappread... basically they didnt update thier stock and sent me whatever they had - just not to return money. Terrible customer service, will never buy again!

Limited selection for the pen lover. (Not all the biggest suppliers of fountain inks like Sailor, not all Fisher space pen models like the standard model, etc.) During sales, some of the items were unavailable.

Sadly they don't seem to know how to package the items properly. I ordered two times and each time I almost had a heart attack seeing how the packages were almost open, torn, crushed in shipping and the items had no protective padding. Not even some paper. I ordered a fisher AG7 and it came halfway out of its box. By some miracle it didn't fall out on the way through the holes of the outer shipping box. The packaging may be fine for domestic shipping but it certainly isn't for international.

Delivery was incredibly fast (from Sweden to Croatia in only 6 days!) and all of the products match their description. However, some of the products were opened, precisely, lids of two tubes of acrylic paint were opened, but luckily not much has leaked out.
