Feb 02,2023The only thing was that while I was ordering something and it was about to be shipped it was no longer available. My order was cancelled and I had to write an email to be informed that that I needed to do another order and item was with a higher price then. Besides I had to ask for a receipt later, it was not sent to me with item.

Dec 17,2022The pens are great quality, they ship well-packaged. My only complaint is that shipping costs are very high, i live in europe and had to pay about the same amount of money for the 3 pens as i did for the shipping of them.
