Feb 12,2025Buying a pen for over €1100, but their web-site was misleading and they did not have item I ordered in stock. After the purchase they tell me this fact, and offered for me to wait two weeks whilst they arrange for it. To be fair, they did process the refund quickly, but I would not trust their web-site again.
