The engraving on the pen looks perfect and adds such a personal touch. The attention to detail and product quality are impressive. I look forward to ordering again, especially personalized pens for gifts. Highly recommend.

Jan 05,2025The Penworld site was very comprehensive and straightforward to use. The selection of pens available was very impressive. I selected a lovely Visconti pen and the personalised option of having it initialled. The delivery process (using DHL) was seamless, very transparent and prompt. The pen was beautifully presented in a lovely box, decorated with the Van Gogh painting which inspired the design of the pen. There was a hand-written thank-you note which I thought was a nice touch. The pen itself was even nicer than I had hoped it would be. Lovely design and perfect weight. The only very small disappointment was that where the initials had been added to the top of the pen, was a dull grey instead of the bright silver of the other parts of the pen. This however was a minor issue and I would wholeheartedly recommend Penworld and their beautiful products and am very happy to have chosen this gift for a loved one.
