Got notified a part was out of stock request a call back explained the situation offered a more expensive replacement for same price.. Absolute excellent service from Sam thanks bud šŸ‘ šŸ‘šŸ‘

Phoned Performance Parts with several enquiries re fitment of Hyperpro springs to Honda crf 300 Rally. Very helpfull chat with Rob Major who asked me to list questions in email....very quick & comprehensive reply after direct contact with Hyperpro. Superb customer service. After blowing a seal hitting a pothole, I thought I was going to be properly in the sh!t, seeing as my aftermarket suspension retails close to a grand 🫣 Anyway, I priced up a new replacement (just for the rear shock)... Ā£720 😲 minimum! I eventually ended up landing at Performance Parts Ltd, the UK distributor for Hyperpro suspension. (they're a Dutch company) Turns out I can send them my shock, and it will be sent home to the Netherlands, be fully serviced and refurbished, then sent back to me, all in for the princely sum of Ā£150 plus parts! (that includes all the carriage costs!) I gingerly sent it off, fully expecting to be stung with a parts invoice for a few hundred quid on top, bare in mind the shock is 5 years and 50,000 miles old at least! Anyway, long story short, it'll be back with me Monday if not tomorrow, for not a penny more than the quoted Ā£150 šŸ˜›! Fantastic customer service, delightfully helpful company (Steve, you legend) and an absolute pleasure to deal with, Anyone thinking about upgrading their bike suspension, you won't go far wrong with Hyperpro! Handling is spot on, it's nice looking, high quality gear, and a thoroughly good bunch! Happy days!

Not in stock? Don’t order, I first ordered a part for my motorbike on 29th feb 2024, I was told there was a lead time, but I didn’t mind waiting as I’d had contact with the manufacturer of the part who are in Germany, and it was in stock, I had various contact with performance parts over the next 10 weeks, with varying success, I decided in the end to cancel the order, I then received an email on 16th May telling me the part had arrived, and was I still interested, I was about to order the part from the manufacturer themselves and swallowing the customs charges because they said they would deliver within a week, but, decided to order from performance parts again, I was told that they would try to dispatch the item that day (Thursday 16th May) for next day delivery, but they might not be able to do it in time, but it would definitely go out Friday (17th May) for Monday 20th May delivery, I then received an email saying the part had been dispatched Friday for the Monday, no tracking number? I decided to send an email asking for tracking because well, let’s say I was dubious, I ended up phoning them on the day to ask for tracking and was fobbed off saying they would respond by email, they did 2 hours after I phoned saying the part had not been dispatched, no reason, just that it would be dispatched today (Monday 20th) I sent another email asking why I had been told it had been dispatched when it hadn’t and was told ā€œthe warehouse were busyā€ If I hadn’t had phoned I wouldn’t have known and would have waited in all day for a delivery that was never coming, the contempt for the customer here is bewildering, more and more British company’s are acting as if they are doing you a favour selling you something, it’s not the fact that they didn’t send it, and lied saying they had it’s the contempt of thinking it’s ok, I was eventually going to buy more parts to complete my motorcycle, but not from this company, I swallow the customs charges and order from the manufacturer.

I have placed Order for crash bar, credit card payment done, received an official order confirmation from them via email. Shortly after Performance Part informed me it is out of stock and needed extra shipment. They unilaterally cancelled my order without my consent. Their Sales Advisor claimed there is no contract in place since they rejected my order and refund my payment. It seems that they did not recognize their own order confirmation email as order acceptance.

I need special bolts for the Ilmberger hugger. Steve the chap I was dealing with was of great help as was Ilmberger. Parts arrived in around 2 weeks time. Say thanks to Brexit.

Spoke to Steve F first of all who was a pleasant guy and placed an order for some Rizoma bits over the phone (not a major order just some parts I was missing for a Stealth mirror and indicator install). Needed a wiring kit (in stock) and 2 gaskets for mirrors (2 weeks delay waiting for Rizoma). All the parts were sent to my parents house as that's where my bike is. Unfortunately the wrong wiring kit was sent out to me, I spoke to the guys on the phone and they created a return free of charge for the ones I had and sent the new ones required. A few weeks after the gasket delivery arrived too. A week later I manage to get across to my parents to install the mirrors + turn signals and find that only 1 gasket had been sent. I thought this is strange due to it being 2 mirrors, why would only 1 gasket come. Everything else is sold as a pair. I had only that day to fit mirrors/turn signals so crafted my own 'make-do' gasket for the time being. I rang the guys the next day and again Steve F said on the phone he thought they came as a pair, so only 1 was ordered at £4 + postage. After speaking to a colleague he rang me back to say it was confirmed by Rizoma the gaskets come in as 1 and that it would be £5 for the second one? After being sent the wrong wiring kit and now the fact that the guys there who are a main dealer for Rizoma parts in the UK didn't know that the gaskets came as a single and I would be charged another £5 (£9 total for 2 tiny gaskets!????) for the second one, I gave up. I was not prepared to wait another 2-3 weeks for a gasket to turn up. Don't think I'll be ordering again due to the hassle and inconvenience and would've thought that the 2nd gasket would be sent free of charge due to a miscommunication from Performance Parts/Rizoma's end. Overall, a pretty poor and long winded process for 2 simple bits of kit I needed. I hate writing negative reviews but I really would've thought Rizoma or at least Performance Parts would've sent the extra gasket free of charge due to the other mess arounds.

One things certain...When ever you see reviews... Its statistically impossible to have so many good reviews... than 25% terrible reviews... 1/3 of ALL their reviews are 1 star...this happens when company get blasted here...and they get friends and family to upload 5 star reviews. In this case as in all cases.. the 25%- reviews are what you should pay close attention too. Look at their star ratings here? :( Sure glad my ordered was cancelled as they claimed I was rude because I told them their website sucks...and it did..and still does. Have you ever seen a website with a search bar that you type in the name of the companies product and NOTHING appears. That happened here. Have you ever seen a product on a website that you know what it does but cannot tell how it goes on as the picture is so vague.... Thats here as well... Have you ever seen a website with NO contact info.... Yup... here again... Had to go to their FB page to blast them as I was beyond frustrated....than it bounced back saying they don't check..heres their email... LOL!! Their item was so poorly listed that after I ordered I want to triple check.. turns out they only sold me half of what I needed....as they could not seem to find the product full list without having to go through 30+ pages... there was NO search that just allowed me to pull it up. Their shipping was 1/3 of the cost of an item smaller than a golf ball... Granted they refunded my money.. but if this company understood that it was beyond frustrating to trudge through their site...they might have been a little more sympathetic... I>E "Thank you for your feedback we are sorry you had such frustrating time....here is what you need... I have added it to your order with a 10% discount.... whatever... NOT HERE!.. YOUR RUDE! heres your $ back. If you have read this far....read the other 25% of - reviews.... they all speak to the same thing. "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care" -3 stars.
