May 18,2021I absolutely love most of the food (I'm one of those weird people who like their veggies to be super soft and they are a bit too hard for me). My favorites are the spicy chicken sticks! I find the food filling which helps make it easier to stay on plan. I'm only a week in and I'm already starting to feel better! One thing I think they could do better is the labeling of each item. It is very hard to read most of the type on the outside of the bags, so a lot of times I have no idea what it is I'm about to eat.

May 18,2021I have to say that I was worried about the delivery time because the meals are coming from TX and I live in Arizona where it is already in the 90's everyday. My box arrived per the FEDEX tracker and everything was still frozen and dry ice was still solid. So far the food has been good. I have had no complications. It is pretty easy to follow the directions that come packed in the shipment or the PTF website has good information. I did this program in 2017 and maintained good weight until the Pandemic...when I started stress eating. I am back for a reason...it worked for me once and I am sure the program will work wonders again for me.

May 18,2021Food tastes great portions are just right. Just put in the microwave and eat very easy. Been using PTF for about 2 years. I recently learned I may have diabetes and now weight loss is no longer just for looks its a necessity to prevent diabetes. I have tried many other diets and this one is the best. I feel good !

May 10,2021Quality control needs lots of improvement (audits needed on each order prior to shipping to ensure they are accurate with quantities correct for everything ordered/no missing items.) Other than this constant issue, great food, great results!

May 10,2021Great weight loss plan easy to follow and the food is great. Both my husband and I can see a huge difference. He is down about 40 lbs and I’m down about 30 - 35ish lbs. in about 8 weeks. I’m going on my last week so I haven’t weighted myself yet for my total amount lost. But totally recommend this plan.

This is the best program by far...I have tried others with little/no results. Already lost 10 pounds ln 3 weeks..and going strong. Great to see positive results so fast. May 28,2021I was impressed with the speed of delivery, and that the food was still frozen. However, I had a hard time looking online to find the way to cancel my account/order. I think I was able to. I guess I will see if I get another delivery. The food was okay, but not as tasty or diverse as I had hoped. We are still eating it, but I was hoping for something more like an entree like you might find in a restaurant.
