Jul 26,2023Had a wasps nest under the lawn in my front garden. Pestforce were there within 24 hours of me calling them. He sprayed and dug out the nest. Then he made the lawn look as good as new and you can't see that anything has been done except there are no wasps anymore!! Will recommend to anyone wanting pests removed.

Marcus reviewed the problem, put down traps and checked them for a couple of weeks and I now feel confident the problem has been dealt with. Thank you Marcus and Pest force for really good service.

Jun 07,2023We couldn’t believe that we had seen a Rat! In our kitchen. This needed a professional to deal with it. We found Pest Force on-line and contacted them. Rick then came out later that afternoon and checked our kitchen and the loft area. He found activity in both areas and told us what he needed to do. Rick returned on 3 occasions and then said there had been no further activity. We were so relieved. We cannot thank Rick enough for what he has done, he was polite and very respectful. He explained everything he needed to do and once completed he reassured us that we could contact him should we have any further problems. We would be very happy to recommend him to anyone who has a Pest problem. Thank you so much Rick for your work and expertise. We are now Rat Free.

May 18,2023We originally called Faron out to deal with a difficult squirrel infestation in our loft which took some time to resolve. Faron was extremely professional in dealing with the issue and persevered until the infestation was removed making several return trips to deal with it. His charges were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with. We have recommended his services to our neighbours.

Apr 15,2023Absolutely brilliant service. John answered the call straight away and rang me on his way. Call was for my 91 year old mum who had what she thought was fleas in her house! Turned out they were beetles that had infested dry food from packaging! Horrible! Everywhere in her kitchen. John was so nice, patient and efficient, cleaned up thoroughly and gave great advice, even a follow up call. Didn't even charge, amazing service would recommend without hesitation

Charming, trustworthy and went out of his way to ensure we didn't have a repeat problem. Cannot say enough great things about Pestforce - I just wish other trade professions could evoke as much trust and ability to deliver ! Highly recommend.

Dec 08,2022We had wasps nests in a high, hall roof and previous treatments were unsuccessful. Ken came and treated the hall, contacting us on the first day of my initial contact. Treatment was arranged for the following day and the problem was resolved quickly. Great service and very pleasant man.

Nov 24,2022My wife and I were away, and got a call from our daughter to say she had seen a rat in the house. Pestforce (Brentwood) we’re who we called first after our daughter read a few reviews. Andy came that very day as he was nearby, he put some traps in loft, poison under floorboards. He found the rodent entry point and advised blocking. Before I could block this up some days later we found dead rat on grass. Job done!!! One more visit to confirm no other rodent signs visible. Great job and very reasonable costs.

They carried out a review of the problem, told us how they would deal with it and quoted a price. They then put the plan into operation explaining everything to us in detail. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved in the timescale they gave us. We would certainly recommend them and call them again.

Oct 22,2023Used on Isle of Wight Appointment 1 - an hour late, no apology Appointment 2 - 2 hours late because he forgot, no apology. Sent him away as we were on our way out Appointment 3 - still waiting for him to show many months later
