Feb 03,2024Having 2 dogs that suffer epilepsy and other medical issues having a provider that is not only reasonably priced but provides a good service to us is important so there are no delays with our dogs receiving their meds. Staff are always quick to respond if something is not correct with your order. Getting a phone call is great so it can be resolved quickly, which it always has been for us. Prescriptions are always dispensed quickly. We have been very impressed with the quick and efficient service that the Pet Care Pharmacy provides.

Feb 02,2024I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated receiving a call from Jayden to advise me that part of the order couldn't be filled straight away even though the delay was expected to be rectified in 24hr he asked me how I wanted to proceed with the order and he listened and the order was dispatched as per the outcome of our telephone conversation.

Jan 17,2024I have been very disappointed with customer service. I have been good customer for years. My Great Dane has bone cancer so ordering medication became difficult as her condition could change suddenly. I was refused to get refund from unopened parcel I can not use due Sara declined health. I explained we lost everything due flooding we are homeless currently and 100 au is a lot for me. They refuse to be helpful.
