Easy to use website (including "how to" information). VERY fast delivery, and nice follow up note (reminding me to post original prescription). All in all, appears to be a firm with great customer service ethos.

Unbelievably helpful, fast and efficient service. Ordered late Monday night, spoke online with Janet the pharmacist about my concerns and she was able to allay my fears at 9pm with kindness and care! Package arrived as promised on Wednesday. I would have no hesitation to order/recommend Pet Care Pharmacy in future.

This is a great company with excellent service!!! You are providing such a saving for people with sick animals - I have had 50% saving on some medications compared to what my vet is charging me. Janet is amazing and has provided me with great service as well as TLC. Our family cannot thank you enough.
