Love their Top Performance shampoos that have a matching conditioner. That's a big deal for me. Just sad that Fresh Pet scent is so hard to get. It smell amazing, and I'm sure they have a hard time keeping it in stock.

Site is super slow. I recieve every email and text messagesabout sales(multi daily), but can not get any shipping info. You can go to help tab and hit email and it will not take you there. Very fustrating. Why must I call to get tracking info. I only recieved half my order and now have to wait to call.

The product I ordered - 2 pumps for kitty litter jugs so they can be repurposed - was fine. The price was fine, the product was fine and the delivery was fine. What was not so fine was the onslaught of spam emails I got after doing business with this company. They send out so much email soliciting more business that I had to create a filter to send all their emails to trash. This company needs to meditate on the concept of "moderation."

I purchased Shed Patrol shampoo on Amazon. I did this because PetEdge is back-ordered for this product. I did not notice that the seller on Amazon was in fact PetEdge. The product arrived from Amazon and is the conditioner/solution instead of shampoo. I double checked the listed to be sure. I called to speak to someone about correcting the listing. Apparently, you can't speak directly to that department. The cust serv rep told me to email photos of the listing, etc, etc. I shouldn't have to email anyone. This is an issue that is obviously affecting more customers that me. Very poor service.

The website was very difficult to update information. The products are great. However the website crashed all the time. To update my billing information I had to do it several times. I purchased more than $99 to get free shipping and they charged for shipping.

My girl loves her llama! They are her favorite toy. She's a 20lb chihuahua mix and tears one up about every 6 months. She won't play with anything else.

Mary is an asset to your company, an excellent salesperson and a genuinely kind person providing exceptional customer service. I had spoken with her earlier in the week asking for more information about the Master Equipment Superior SS grooming tubs- she was so helpful! Based on her great customer service and kindness, I decided to purchase the tub from PetEdge and called in to place the order with Mary instead of just ordering online as I felt Mary would make sure the order was correct. Mary verified everything to make the order went through smoothly and also suggested a faucet and hose/sprayer which I added to my purchase. I'll definitely be calling PetEdge again for grooming supplies!

Businesses beware. We appreciate the website layout and the prices of PetEdge. However, NO purchase receipt was provided, and NO orders were recorded under our PetEdge account's "order history". ONLY a tracking number was provided, which means no expense processing can occur without additional personnel efforts (such as calling and asking for the legally required invoices), thus offsetting any cost savings. In fact, overall, this purchase ended up costing almost TWICE AS MUCH as Petsmart, due to the cost of additional processing. Sadly, we will not be making any more purchases as a result. --------------------------- Updated 2024-06-13 QUOTE FROM PETEDGE.COM Hi there, we were able to view your order without any issues. When you go into your online account and click on "My Account" and scroll down to the bottom it says Recent Orders view all. Some of your order is still pending, and when they are no longer in pending status they will move to the "My Orders" section. Sorry that you're having trouble, but an invoice is given with all orders once fully processed. We appreciate you letting us know of your dissatisfaction however, we are unsure how this purchase cost any more than the amount you paid? Please re review with those steps, and you will see you're able to pull those orders and invoices. Again, once fully processed you will see them under "My Orders". Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge." --------------------- CUSTOMER RESPONSE: This response is simple untrue. After extensive email communication, PetEdge.com has FAILED TO SUPPLY AN INVOICE. Screenshots of "No past purchases", proof of INCOMPLETE emailed pdf documents, and continued excuses has NOT resulted in a resolution. This should have been resolved with a simple emailed of proof of purchase and/or business invoice. My original review stands, but due to the continued incompetency of PetEdge customer service, the review has been lowered to one star. --------------------------- Updated 2024-06-16 Separate itemized invoices where finally provided, but each invoice contains only part of the order. Separate shipments were used, and shipped from separate third party companies, NOT PetEdge. This means, PetEdge doesn't actually sell the products and acts as a middle man for other online vendors. To be clear, no complete invoice has yet been provided based on the agreement of our original Purchase Order, stating a single shipment FROM PetEdge. Businesses avoid. Alibaba and Amazon users will probably be okay with this experience, as they're accustomed to the abuse. If staying within the legal lines is important to your business, PetEdge is unable to comply with the law, and should be embarrassed of their efforts. --------------------------- Updated 2024-06-20 PetEdge was unable to provide ANY signed invoices, only plain text emails. The items were also delivered to the incorrect address (FEDEX at fault), as SEPARATE SHIPMENTS, yet PetEdge offered zero assistance with communications, as no proof of purchase was able to be provided to FEDEX. We found the packages down the street, at another location. The purchase was eventually received, and the items were in new condition, but with much fuss. In short, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH PETEDGE.COM.
