Feb 24,2025This situation occurs too many times. I order items online and then after a few days I receive an email stating the item is on back order and may arrive as much as 2 months later. If an item is not in inventory it should be noted at time of order. Watching credit card receipts and charges becomes becomes a problem

Received a call stating that there was no payment information for the order even though I put in my card information and even was sent to the confirmation page showing what I ordered. Got home from work and tried to order the exact same thing and the clippers were not available. There are multiple different reasons why that could be, but every single one comes down to website issues. The customer service representative was extremely pleasant so no complaints there but this is not the first time I have had issues with the website. I live on an island and PetEdge is one of the only places that will ship here. While it has been a staple for all the groomers on island for years, there have been more and more issues of late to the point where there has been a mad scramble to find some other way to get the tools and equipment required for the job. Either stop shipping outside of the continental US completely or fix the problem, please! The clippers did not say out of stock and aren’t the only thing that was ordered then canceled on petedges end. My coworker ordered ear powder and got the absolute runaround about that as well.
