Mar 20,2025recently received my order, which included a small Staub dish. However, I was disappointed to find that the item has chipped or peeled areas on its surface. It seems that the product was not properly inspected before being shipped, which is quite regrettable. As I am in New Zealand, the return process is complicated, so I have decided to keep and use the item. However, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from your store again, as I am concerned about quality control. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that future shipments will be checked more carefully.
