Mar 08,2025The Sol light I purchased was damaged when it arrived. The inside of the unit was covered in a green patina suggesting exposure to moisture. I sent a photo and was asked to return it which I have been unable to do as recuperating after surgery. I would have preferred a refund or for another unit to be sent to me based on the photo I sent showing the damage. I will be providing feedback back on TradeMe regarding my experience with PoK.
