Apr 19,2025I was so happy to give myself permission to purchase the Royal Doulton mugs that I have wanted for such a long time. Unfortunately 1 mug was broken upon opening the box. Whoever packed the box did not ensure the contents was covered appropriately. My communication regarding the breakage was met with a very efficient response & a replacement mug was sent to me. Now that was wrapped so well, I had to have a laugh at the difference.
