Dec 15,2023I should probably have listened to the bad reviews. Made an order Saturday 9/12 and have not recieved an Update or the order. But the money was taken as soon as I hit “pay” 🫠 This is not okay. No responses to mails or whatapp. I will make my bank take back the payment today if no answer from the site, not sad about that, mostly sad because I really wanted the hat i “bought”.. Order #42370.

I made an order that I never received, they lied to me for weeks making me believe that the item was sent when it was fake, they don't want to refund me, they are real thieves and liars !! SHAME ON YOU !! Your response that you don't know me is simply pathetic, my order number is #41794, the person I contacted by email is Rebeka, no one who did not solve my problem in any way and only lie to me. You just scared about my review. You erase my review on your instagram account, pathetic too. Don’t worry i just send the proof of my order to the Trustpilot website ✌️

I work with granite and have had orders stuck in customs for 6 months and there's nothing I can do. This is not a scam company. We will be ordering Monkey Bars in a few months. I would absolutely recommend them but you have to be patient.

Jun 20,2023Wir haben unseren Spielturm bei einer anderen Firma zuvor gekauft. Jedoch haben wir von dieser nicht alle Teile geliefert bekommen. Ich habe dann den Kundenservice von Petit Seal kontaktiert, da ich gesehen habe, dass der Spielturm dort auch verkauft wird. Die Anwort von Petit Seal kam promt und wir haben innerhalb kürzerster Zeit alle fehlenden Teile erhalten und konnten den Spielturm endlich fertig aufbauen. Super Kundenservice der immer prompt anwortet!

I tried to contact them via mail, chat and sending question via website but didn't get any answer yet. I hope some information soon, because for now this feels like a scam.

Jun 01,2023Das Gerüst ist sehr schön und stabil und war sehr einfach aufzubauen. Klasse Qualität. Was aber mit großem Abstand das beeindruckendste war, war der Kundenservice. Es fehlten ein paar Schrauben, als die Lieferung ankam. Nachdem ich mit einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter gesprochen hatte, wurden uns die Schrauben noch am selben Tag (!!!) persönlich gebracht, sodass wir das Gerüst trotzdem sofort aufbauen konnten. Ich habe noch nie bei einer Bestellung so einen guten Kundenservice erlebt wie bei Petit Seal. Und die Kinder sind einfach begeistert von ihrem Spielturm und verbringen Stunden dort! Vielen Dank Petit Seal!
