Aug 15,2024Get our dog groomed here on a regular basis and they do a great job. Staff are friendly and so good with the dogs. Ours is a very nervous dog so he needs extra care and they give it. Also buy all of our pet food in the store and find it high quality at a reasonable price

Aug 14,2024Out of a 40 pack of cat food pouches 7 were split and had leaked over the rest. I had to wash and check every pouch. Not pleasant. Contacted customer service who said they would replace the split pouches. Still waiting. I would not shop here again which is a shame as the delivery was fast. I also find DPD a better carrier than GLS that PETMANIA use.

Aug 13,2024I bought the xl blue paw cat tree from Petmania recently. They shipped it out really quickly after it was ordered. I had a little bit of bother with getting it delivered (nothing to do with petmania just confusion in the couriers behalf) I emailed customer service about this and they were really quick to get back to me and very helpful. The cat tree itself is such good quality and def worth the money

She took such great time with her to gain her trust because it was her first visit in with her and the cut she did was gorgeous ! Couldn’t recommend her enough
