They didn't and the staff member recommended I order online as they didn't know when it would be restocked in their store. I did and my order came a few days later and I didn't get charged a delivery fee. This had made my life so much easier and I will be ordering online from now on.

Feb 24,2024I am not one to leave a bad review but I was very disappointed with the grooming service today in the navan store. I have been getting my dog groomed here every 8 weeks for the past year and today I was asked to pick up my dog after an hour as he was agitated and they could not complete the groom. I never had many problems before as he is a placid dog, so even if the groom was uncomfortable I don’t see how they couldn’t appropriately and professionally complete the service. I was more upset about the half close-shaven leg and back of neck. I don not understand why they even tried shaving 3 different areas if they were not successful the first time. He has now 3 large bald patches which is dreadful looking.A dog shouldn’t be sent home in this condition. I was told to bring him to the vet and get him a sedated groom since his matting was too close to the skin. When talking to the vet she assured me that this wasn’t necessary since he isn’t an aggressive dog. She suggested that I return and express I was not happy with the service and ask if I can assist with the grooming. Personally after this experience, I do not want to return at all and will have to find someone else to finish the half job they done. I would normally be a loyal customer, but I could not recommend this grooming service after this experience today. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
