Nov 21,2024Four boxes were delivered to my home. One box containing two boxes of 48 pouches each was delivered to An Post and I had to go and collect them. I do not have a car currently and specifically ordered online so that the food would be delivered directly. I had to carry the box home which took 40 minutes and it was really heavy.

Nov 18,2024No email to explain why only a partial order was dispatched, also no return email from you when I asked why only a partial dispatch Like all food products , these are essential items for pets, if your website states they are instock when infat they are not the money just be credited back so an order an be done online elsewhere. People order online who don’t have a car.
