Oct 14,2019I bought my car from pine tree cars last week having seen it online that morning. I contacted the Cardiff branch to see if it was in store, and due to it being in another branch (and me being carless) I thought I’d have to leave it. Lewis from Cardiff pine tree cars was fab and he went all the way to tonypande and then Bridgend to find and collect the car for me, drove it to my front door all free of charge so that I could view the vehicle! He was extremely informative, not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing it. Having decided to go ahead with the car, Lewis drove me to the dealership, where I was met by Ron who went through the finance side of things with me. Being a beginner to buying a car on finance, he was extremely patient, understanding and ensured I was getting the best deal for myself. Both Ron and Lewis came across as really genuine people and I felt happy driving my car away. I feel assured that if I have any issues with the car, I can go to them for advice. I’ve had my ford ecosport for 5 days now and I love it! Thank you :D

Oct 07,2019After seeing the car we liked on the website we called ahead and spoke to Rob who arranged to hold the car for us for a few days (for a small deposit) When we arrived we were greeted in the car park and shown the vehicle and left alone to take a look and have a chat about it at our own leisure. We did ask a couple of questions and although we found out what we needed to know the salesman didn't really know anything about the car we were looking to buy, which was a slight shame but didn't affect our decision. We agreed to make a purchase and were taken to see Steve who sorted out all the paperwork with absolutely no pressure to fork out for any extras that were available (Extended warranty etc) All in all, it was a good transaction... it would have been nice to be offered a coffee (there's a machine in the waiting area to help yourself, but it would have been a nice gesture). Time will tell with the vehicle as we haven't used it since getting it home but it's clean, tidy, has a full service history, and good milage. I can recommend going to visit Pine Tree for a no pressure experience and the cars are honestly priced. *Update 27/6/23 I've never had an issue with this car, it is a faultless vehicle and has served me and my family well. Worth every penny.

Answered all questions I had and gave his genuine opinion honesty. He's a credit to the company. Also dealt with Mo who was also fantastic. A really friendly group of people. Not pushy at all. If you need a car I would definitely recommend you come here first. You wont need to go anywhere else.
