They were able to make the plates within 15 minutes and their service was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all my plates in the future.

Apr 25,2020These guys are the best at producing number plates. Completely professional and the customer service and aftercare really good. Throughout the process the communication was good and they always respond as quick as they can, usually within 5-10 minutes if you have a question/query. They recommend visiting their unit to see the plates in person however being unable to do this at the moment for obvious reasons, they sent photos of the 3 different plate styles I was thinking of to help my decision (The website/insta account gives you a good idea of what you can have made). Delivery was prompt and the quality of the plates really very good. I did have a very very minor issue with the quality of one of the plates and they sent a replacement instantly after contacting them. These things can happen from time to time so completely understandable. If I need any more plates I will be using again without any doubts.

Dec 23,2020I needed to get two private plates made and did a bit of researching and came across these guys, who weren’t too far from where I live. They are right next to Star City and easy to find. I also watched a YouTube video of a blogger who got his private plates from them, and they looked good in his video. I visited the store about 2 weeks ago and was greeted by Yusuf. I told him I wanted plates for my car & he showed me the plates which would go with my car. I must say there 3D gel plates look really good but i ended up going for the 4D gel - Krystal plate which is really nice and has a very smooth finish. I also got standard plates made for my sister and they look really good too. The acrylic they use must be of a very high standard as the under layer has a nice glass/gloss feel to it. Yusuf called me back after 2 hours to inform me both plates were made, however I was not available and collected the plates a week later. Yusuf let me inspect the plates and provided me extra self adhesive pads. He also gave me some helpful tips to fitting the plates myself, which came handy when I fitted them. The pricing of the plates are really reasonable & competitive. In addition, the plates are made to a high standard. Assembly: I managed to drill holes into the plates so I could screw them in. Just make sure you take care when doing this and not put too much pressure. My sister’s plates were fine but my plate had a little inner crack as my uncle accidentally pushed down on the plates when drilling, luckily it’s hardly noticeable and covered by the screw caps. So just a note of caution for anyone intending to drill. I didn’t ask the lads at plate factory but if you can take your own plate off and give it to them, maybe they could drill the holes in the plate before they make it, I would enquire if this is possible. The service provided here is great, no pushy sales tactics and they give honest advice and tips. They also tell you what is a road legal plate and what isn’t. Before going there for the plates to be made you will need to take the following - a driving license - V5 log book - or the assignment document of the plate if new plate not assigned to a car yet. Another relevant point is that they have good Covid safety measures in place - hand sanitiser at front entrance, staff wearing masks & posters on display advising customers to wear masks. Thanks for the plates. I’ll be visiting again soon, as I need another set of plates.
