Sep 23,2024This is a high quality product and I highly recommend platinum dog food. I have been feeding the dry dog food to my 3 year old lab for a couple of years and she maintains a healthy coat and bodyweight. The customer service is excellent too!

Sep 15,2024It’s my first bag of food sadly my dogs don’t like it I’ve 2 more flavours to try. It could be too much for them to chew as they are a toy breed and find it hard to chew and picky eaters. On a good note it smells good. Resealable bags delivered fast, easy to order

Aug 23,2024I saw this food ad and was convinced to buy some and try it for my cavapoo. What convinced me was the ad for easy and healthy digestion and some reviews that said how it smelled lovely. The food has a very strong smell, far from lovely! It has caused my dog a very bad stomach with vomit! You suggest to switch to platinum in one go due to it being so digestible but that is very wrong in my experience. I’d want the money back if I could as it was about £20 wasted and more importantly that caused my dog to be unwell! Gone back to its normal kibble and all is fine!

Aug 20,2024I always feed my three dachshunds Platinum wet food, it’s just quality, the smell is delicious and the dogs love it, their digestive system works brilliantly on this food, I have used it for years and thoroughly recommend it.

Aug 17,2024Platinum dog foods are a reliable, trustworthy distributor of excellent pet foods - their service is speedy and top notch, shipped extremely promptly and in two years of being a customer with regular 2-4 week orders, there's only ever been one minor issue, which they rectified immediately and shipped my goods out overnight.... Can't recommend them enough!

The free sample sent before the order was a huge bonus because we could see if the cat would accept it, and she just instantly took to it. The delivery of the actual order was faster than expected. A very positive experience overall.

Oct 01,2024We found this dog food when visiting Crufts in 2023. Tried the samples with our Hungarian Vizsla and have never looked back. The kibble is the best that we have found - and prior to finding Platinum we tried a lot!!! It’s good value for money and easy to order via the website. Delivery is always on time too. Very happy and highly recommend.
