Oct 05,2022Excellent quality food, however, there is a £5 postage charge for the Scottish Highlands (even on quantities which would normally be free postage). This is so wrong as there is no extra charge by Royal Mail or couriers, who all deliver here regularly. Why, oh why, are we constantly penalised when we live on the British Mainland and Amazon etc. can do free deliveries?

Jun 17,2022Quick to say how I found that food is best from many brands I have very sensitive stomach golden doodle and went though different diets start from best quality dry,row then cooked my self till I found Platinum straight away chap is happier healthier amazing! Big thank you 😊

Aug 23,2021Purchased, this after a friend recommended it, for our puppy (who had but of a dodgy tummy!!!), this does seem to be very expensive compared to most other dry food, but then like most things in life you get what you pay for(73% fresh meat etc). Puppy really enjoys it & guts seem to be better, this maybe a coincidence, but I will keep him on it for the foreseeable future. Delivery was unbelievably quick. ONLY downside (other than it being bit pricey) is.... wow when you open the bag the strong SMELL hits you !!!!! but luckily I don't have to put my head in there to eat it :-}

Apr 09,2021We have a 4yr old lab/collie cross. We were recommended Platinum by a trainer when we first rescued him. We mainly feed the dry food which is semi moist and buy the trio for a mix of flavours. He loves it. We also buy the wet food as the occasional treat, which he also loves. Excellent quality food. We have always had fast and efficient delivery. Its expensive but worth every penny. He has a lovely shiny coat and to date remains very healthy - he is quite active but stays a trim weight. However he would eat all day given the chance!

Mar 29,2021Excellent quality food. Our maltese puppy is so fussy and having tried several premium brands, which she refused to eat I tried platinum dry food. Result! she absolutely loves it and the food really agrees with her. It's unlike most kibble as its semi moist and has a high meat content. I would highly recommend you give this a go, especially if you have a fussy eater. Super fast deliver and a good price.

Food was with us before 9 am Friday morning! Exceptional service and a very good quality food. Highly recommend Platinum

Jul 21,2020I have a 7 month Dachshund and he is a really fussy eater from the very begining. I had a look at a number of brands and tried many samples ( which I had to pay for) I had a look on Platinums site and saw they did free samples. I enquired and they said they will send me a few samples to try before I buy. I recieved the samples within a couple days. I was so relieved that my puppy liked the dry puppy food and actually ate it. I placed my order and recieved more samples, clips to keep the dog food sealed and fresh and a jug to measure how much to give my puppy. This was all free! I'm happy with the service provided, would definitely buy again and would highly recommend thier products.

Aug 25,2019The girls absolutely love their Platinum dry dog food. Both are quite fussy and play with dog biscuits rather than just getting on with eating them but with Platinum they don't. The food comes in foil packaging and is very fresh, smells great and the nuggets feel moist and much softer than other dry dog food. They have a great selection of flavours and I normally get the trio which gives them a good variety of flavours. The food is a great quality and both dogs have fantastically shiny and healthy coats and as strange as it sounds, their bowel movements are fully formed and much smaller volume than with any other dog food we've tried. It's like there is less filler or unhelpful stuff in the food which needs to be excreted and it really does show. I'd never feed these two anything else now and I always recommend Platinum.
