Oct 13,2023Being a great racing fan and a casual gamer, I was always attracted to Playseat products but since i lived quite far, somewhere in the Indian Ocean (Mauritius), it was not easy to have them shipped in my island without spending a fortune. I was however lucky to attend a conference in NL for 1 week and this is where it all started with my experience with Playseat. Playseat staff (Jeroen and team) made sure that products that i bought would be delivered to my hotel in NL during my short visit and this is exactly what happened. Extremely happy with the service and products. Highly recommended.

Sep 20,2023Here we are again... About a year ago I purchased a Red Bull themed Evolution from Playseat. Then found out they take your money while they lied about availability. Then over the next 2-3 MONTHS I am trying to get into contact with the company rarely getting a bullsh*t update like ' it will ship next week" or what ever. After I FINALLY get my play seat after NEEDING TO PAY INPORT FEES because they dont charge you shipping, OH WAIT THEY DO they charged ~$50 for me. I get my fannatic gear on it and immediately realize that the center pillar that holds the forcefeedback and wheel was not up to the quality I expect. It has lots of movement making competitive racing difficult. Fast forward to now, and that Pillar is broke, the tube that slides on the rail have metal tearing, the pillar is more or less useless now. 1 year ? Really? I payed $600+ for this seat and it lasted 1 year? I try getting into contact with support to maybe get a replacement pillar. I emailed the EU, and NA branches contact live support message social media accounts... WHO ELSE AM I SUPPOSTED TO CONTACT? No response, even though they have '5 min response time' plastered all over their websites... Now for the JUICY part. My negative review that I posted about a year ago is the ONLY reason I even received my playseat because playseat sent me a message asking if their was anything they could do that would prompt me to "change" my review... 1 you wasted my time not once but twice now 2 you cost me money(once for the import fee and Now again I have to either buy material and fix it myself or buy another sim system) I will never, NEVER, buy another thing from playseat. I will gladly go to their competitors and buy their product while simultaneously recommending anyone that asks to stay as far as humanly possible from this company that operates on shady sales and marketing tactics. I have seen too many reddit posts saying that they ordered playseats and either didnt get them for weeks/months or straight up never got their products. Now I get to enjoy looking at my broken sim system while having no money to replace it. Thank you playseat for educating me on why its important to buy quality products cause now I feel beyond stupid for buying your product purely because it had a big name and a connection to F1 ESPORTS.

Sep 01,2023Habe einen Playseat FIA Pro bestellt und eine XL Matte, habe als erhaltungsdatum den 31.08 bekommen. Am besagten Datum kam aber nur die Matte, also habe ich mich an den Support gewendet. Dieser ist zwar nur auf englisch ,aber das ist wie ich finde kein Proplem. Als ich dann nachgefragt habe kam auch relativ schnell eine Antwort und sie haben mir ehrlich gesagt das sie das Paket vergessen haben zu verschicken. Sie haben das Paket dann am selben Tag noch verschickt und es sollte in den nächsten paar Tagen kommen. Also ist zwar dumm gelaufen aber immerhin kümmern sie sich schnell drum wenn man etwas nachhackt und geben auch eine ehrliche Antwort.

It even looks like my Playseat Sensation Pro will only take a week to get here! (Netherlands to Florida, USA) VERY kind customer service that is willing to do what is necessary to make the transaction work smoothly! I absolutely recommend this company!

May 23,2023Es wird mit Versand am selben Tag geworben, wenn man bis 18 Uhr bestellt. Ich habe zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben, seit 2 Wochen kam nichts an. Der Chat-Mitarbeiter sagte mir, dass die Seite von FedEx nicht aktuell sei (zur Nachverfolgung), das eine Paket habe 100% das Lager verlassen. Ende vom Lied: Hat es nicht. Bis heute hat keines der beiden Pakete, ich habe einen teuren Rennsitz für über 2000 Euro, sowie eine XL Matte und eine TV Halterung XL bestellt. Angeblich alles auf Lager. Zur Lager Thematik noch folgendes: Eigentlich hatte ich einen anderen Sitz bestellt und bezahlt. Nachdem ich zwei Tage lang nicht gehört hatte, habe ich mich dort gemeldet. Die Ware sei nicht auf Lager, komme nicht wieder und die Bestellung hätte gar nicht durchgehen dürfen. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück, was fast zwei Wochen dauern sollte (WARUM?!). Ein Upgrade auf einen anderen, doppelt so teuren Sitz, sei aber möglich. Dafür gäbe es auch etwas Preisnachlass. Dieser könne sofort verschickt werden. Wie gesagt, verschickt wurde noch nichts (SEIT ZWEI WOCHEN, abgerechnet wurde sofort!) Der Kundenservice lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Live Chat Mitarbeiter geben (Beispiel oben) schnelle Antworten, ob diese korrekt sind ist denen egal. Dazu gibt es nicht mal ein Angebot zur Entschädigung, wenn man für so viel Geld was kauft und nichts passiert. NIE WIEDER! BLEIBT FERN LEUTE! TOTAL UNSERIÖS! Sollte die Ware nicht langsam verschickt werden, wird das wohl ein Fall für den Anwalt... Zur Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen, sobald die Ware eintrifft folgt ein Edit.

J'ai reçu mon Playseat très vite, en plus il était super facile à monter et la notice était très claire (contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire sur certains avis). Je recommande à 100%, la qualité est au rendez-vous et la structure est adaptée à n'importe quelle taille, je fais 1m65 et mon conjoint 1m85, on peut s'en servir tous les deux en étant très à l'aise. Merci à eux pour leur professionnalisme !

Jan 03,2023I recently purchased two playseats as Christmas gifts from the playseatstore. In brief, my experience was nothing less that terrific. Before ordering, I had questions about the seats and Jamie from their website online chat answered all of them with great knowledge. My concern was whether I would get them delivered to Canada in time for Christmas. During the 'wait' time, I messaged Jamie a couple time and each time, he looked up my order and gave me an update. I indeed got my order on time. I gave them a 5 star rating because although there was a little hiccup at customs, theplayseatstore very attentively resolved the issue. It is so reassuring to know that some retailers really do still care about their reputation and their customers. Thank you playseatstore for your terrific chairs and especially your attention to good customer service. MD

Dec 08,2022Es wird mit Versand am selben Tag geworben , wenn man bis 18 Uhr bestellt. Dies trifft leider absolut nicht zu, erst 7 Werktage später wurde mein Artikel Versand. Bis dato auch keine Infos über den Verbleib meines Artikels erhalten. Werde dort definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen.

Dec 01,2022If order an PLAYSEAT® TROPHY - GEARSHIFT AND HANDBRAKE HOLDER, on 25 November. Almost 1 week after (1 December), the customer service (Jeroen) answer is not concrete, saying that "I expect your order to be shipped either today or in the beginning of next week". You have to agree, this is an answer from somebody, that doesnt have a clue of the dispach dates, neither there is any comunication with warehouse facilities. Strange that a brand like Playseat, as this kind of service. Additional information: ive ordered 1300 eur of Fanatec material, that will arrive on 6 December. Early that a meta plate for Playseat. :)

When I tried to login to my account it shows ID and password don't match and when I request for a new password they redirect to the login link again 3. Their live chat never works and they take forever to respond to any mails
